WHAT WE'RE ABOUT:

•Comix as RESISTANCE

We believe that Underground Comix can serve as a powerful tool for activism and social commentary, enabling people to resist oppression and advocate for a more just and equitable world.

•Comix is for EVERYONE

We believe in emphasizing the inclusive nature of the comix community, and welcoming people of all backgrounds and experience levels into the world of comix.

•Building Class SOLIDARITY

We believe in building solidarity among marginalized communities, including those facing discrimination due to homelessness, immigration status, race, gender, disability, and more.

•Community RESOURCE GUIDE

We believe in compiling resource guides, amplifying mutual aid efforts, and highlighting programs that help people navigate crucial services in times of need.

WHAT WE WANT TO DO:

•We want to raise $2,000 per issue, in order to pay for the MONTHLY printing of a FREE, physical NEWSPAPER.

•We want to help promote MUTUAL AID efforts thru the medium of UNDERGROUND COMIX.

•We want to build a way for cartoonists to express class solidarity, while participating in a group art project.

•We want to help people find resources and social services.
